zInspector has been super helpful because you can take a video of each room inside and outside of the property and not only does it record pictures, but it also takes what you say in the video and puts it in writing so that the owner and the renter can have a video and written documentation of how the property is when they move in or move out. So much better than having to write up a report myself!

Zinspector is a excellent app for my job. I do home inspections and taking pictures from the app and transferring to my computer has never been so easy. It is easy to write your notes for each object as you take pictures. The360 option is also great, the picture quality is great. I would recommend to anyone wanting to work smarter and not harder.

I've been using zinspector for 3+ years now for our property management inspections, and it's been great. I do wish that the information was synced back to Propertyware, rather than having to download and move inspections to each lease, but the ease of use of the app and how I am able to personalize inspection templates makes it well worth it.
